The safety of the students is of utmost priority to the school. To this end, children are supervised at all times during the school hours. Teachers monitor all students’ behaviors, solve disputes, if any arise and counsel children about their missteps. More serious disputes are brought up before the principal and the course of action is decided by her.
At the time the school gets over, PTIs and school management observe the children to make sure that discipline is maintained. For junior classes, at the time school gets over, teachers and staff escort the children to a dedicated pick up point where it is ensured that the student is received by the parent or the appropriate person appointed for the same.
Permanent faculty ensures that new staff is appointed after thorough investigation, background check and character assessment of the individual as to prevent any misconduct.
For those students utilising the bus facility, the conductors and drivers see to it that the child gets off at the designated bus stop. During travel, care is also taken that children do not harm themselves or others. The bus drivers are well trained and licensed drivers and are instructed to secure the well being of all passengers aboard.
The school is under constant surveillance through a number of well positioned CCTV cameras. All footage captured is monitored and stored by trained guards to not only ensure safety but also maintain discipline on the school premises.
